New Delhi: A virtual international conference on International Law and the SAARC Region in Times of Crisis, was organized by the Faculty of Legal Studies on 01 March 2023. The conference was inaugurated by the Acting President, Prof. Ranjan K Mohanty and in which Prof. Surya K Subedi, OBE, KC, University of Leeds, delivered the keynote address. Its three technical sessions were chaired by Prof. Sumaiya Khair from the University of Dhaka, Prof. Philippe Cullet from the University of London and Prof. Upendra D Acharya from Gonzaga University and spoken by international law academics and practitioners from Bangladesh, Germany, India, Italy, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom and the United States. Prof. Antony T Anghie from the National University of Singapore and the University of Utah delivered the valedictory address.
