  11. I am devastated!
I only came to know of this just now.
South Asia has lost a great teacher.
The world has lost a great visionary who understood and inspired anyone who came in contact with him to believe that education is the strongest pathway to understanding, harmony and peace.
The SAU has lost its benevolent Father and driving spirit.
I have lost a very dear friend and mentor.
He was my philosopher, guide and “elder brother”. He taught me the value of peace, the greatness of humility and friendship and the importance of being devoted to a higher cause. I will always be indebted to him.
He gave me the privilege to be associated with the SAU as a member of its Founding Academic Task Force. His guiding role in every aspect of the design of the University will always be a glowing tribute to greatness and commitment.
Professor Chadha you have found everlasting peace. May the rest of us in South Asia for whom you struggled so hard and so long also find the peace, harmony and prosperity that you wanted for us. Amen.

  12. I have yet to see in my life a great academician, administrator and above all super human being who considered others agonies as his own. I know how difficult for his family members to bear this loss. Though physically he is no more with us , but will remain in the hearts of all those who came in contact with him not to talk of years, months and days even for few minutes. There is no doubt that with the karma he has done, his soul must be in peace.
